WELL TESTING AND EARLY PRODUCTION FACILITY EQUIPMENT

HUMA works with reputed engineering and manufacturing companies which are firmly established in the market place for the supply of high quality equipment for Wire line, Pressure Handling, Well Testing, Cementing, Mud Engineering, Early Production Facility, Oil Collection, Gas Gathering and Fuel Gas Conditioning Skids.

At HUMA, our aim is to offer a one- stop- shop to provide our clients with all upstream and downstream equipment requirements, thus we supply the complete range of well equipment

3 Phase Separator

Three‐Phase Test Separator is used to separate gas, oil, and water to a degree that permits accurate measurement of each production phase.

Gas is measured using a differential orifice meter and liquid measurements are obtained with turbine flow meters.

Separators comes in different sizes and pressure ratings for different flow rate capacities and line pressures and it is equipped with dual pressure safety relief devices.

Sufficient valves are available to bypass components or comingle outlet flows as needed.

The test separator is very versatile and can permit PVT sampling of each phase.

Surge Tank

Surge Tank is designed to store liquid hydrocarbons after separation. It is used to measure flow rates and shrinkage factor.

Surge Tank comes with a single or dual compartment vessel with level measuring system, sight glasses, pressure relief valves and high and low level alarms.

Surge Tank is also fitted with sampling points, temperature ports and a bypass manifold and are custom designed as per client’s requirement.

Oil Manifold

Oil Manifolds are located at the downstream of the separator to divert oil flow to the burner boom or designated flaring or to a storage area.

Skids are available in 2‐valve and 5‐valve versions, each comprised of 3” Hammer Unions and Ball Valves of reputed make.

Gas Manifold

Gas Manifolds act and operate similar to Oil Manifolds and are located downstream of Separator.

Skids are available in 2-Valve versions with 4” or 6” Hammer Unions and Ball Valves.

Burner Boom

U burner boom is a modular design, basically consisting of two or three sections that extend approximately 18 m [60 ft] to about 27 m [90 ft].

The structural design of the U-boom allows access to the burner and supports pipes that are laterally positioned on the boom sides. These pipes supply the burner with air, water, oil and propane.

The U-boom is mounted on the rig with a rotating base plate and guy lines. Horizontal guy lines help orient the boom; and vertical guy lines, which are fixed to the rig’s main structure, support the boom. The rotating base enables horizontal and vertical positioning of the boom and burner.

Horizontal storage and vertical storage are available.

Steam Exchanger

Steam Exchanger is used in well testing operations to increase the temperature of the well effluent to prevent hydrate formation and reduce the viscosity of the fluid to assist the separation of the fluids in the separator.

A steam generator feeds hot steam into the shell side of the heat exchanger. Well effluents flow into the process coils and interchange heat with the steam.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS

  • A midstream choke assembly to control the well flow to the steam exchanger.
  • An inlet manifold to control the fluid flow and to bypass the steam exchanger if necessary.
  • A temperature regulator with an automatic control valve (ACV) on the steam inlet to maintain a preset flowing temperature.
  • A steam trap mounted on the steam outlet to send the steam condensate to the condensate tank.
  • Safety relief valve to protect the vessel from overpressure.
  • A thermal relief mounted externally of the shell for the expansion coils.
  • Insulation and an aluminium covering.

Steam Generator

Steam Generator is used to create steam by applying heat energy to water and is used during well test operations to feed the heat exchanger.

Choke Manifold

Choke Manifold is used in oil and gas production to lower the pressure from the well head. It consists of 04 or 05 high pressure valves and at least two choke valves. These chokes can be fixed or adjustable or a mix of both. The redundancy is needed so that if one choke has to be taken out of service, the flow can be directed through another one. By lowering pressure the retrieved gases can be flared off on site.

Surface Safety Valve

Surface Safety Valve is either a pneumatic or hydraulically actuated fail-safe close gate valve used for well testing or production of oil and gas wells with high flow rates, high pressures, or the presence of H2S. The SSV is used to shut off flow from the well in the event of overpressure, failure, a leak in downstream equipment, or any other well emergency requiring an immediate shut down.

It comes in different sizes and pressure as per client’s requirement with Skid and crossovers.

Data Header

Data Header is located at the downstream of Surface Safety Valve and upstream of Choke Manifold.

It used to add an additional pressure gauge, thermowell, and sampling or injection ports. Normally designed with Union end connections, it also comes with API 6A Flange ends.

High Pressure Fittings

High Pressure pipelines are used to make-up temporary flow lines. Available in lengths up to 12 feet, these alloy-steel pup joints and elbows efficiently handle a complete range of well servicing fluids at cold working pressures up to 15,000 psi. Pup joints and elbows are also available for sour gas services at working pressures up to 10,000 psi.
